I am a specialist psychologist educated at the University of Bergen. I have extensive experience in specialized health services, dealing with a wide range of psychological disorders and issues. I specialize in psychotherapy, with particular expertise in treating all types of anxiety disorders. I offer ACT, a type of cognitive behavioral therapy, and have advanced training as a metacognitive therapist, MCTI®.
