Get to know Bendik

Background and Education:
Educated at the University of Oslo, currently pursuing specialization and further training in clinical adult psychology and mentalization-based therapy (MBT). I have extensive experience in assessment and treatment within specialized healthcare services and specific expertise in working with adolescents in acute crises.

I work integratively, meaning I draw on knowledge, techniques, and skills from various therapeutic approaches to tailor the therapy to each client’s unique needs. This includes cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, affect consciousness, psychodynamic therapy, and mentalization-based therapy.
