Background and Education
I graduated as a psychologist from the University of Oslo and am currently specializing in clinical adult psychology. I have training in trauma understanding and treatment for adults, and advanced education in psychological work with children, adolescents, and families. I have broad experience working with people of all ages in both specialized health services and the community.
In the Therapy Room
As a psychologist, I focus on how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Therapy can be both good and challenging; therefore, it is important for me to create a safe space where we can discuss what drives your difficulties. Your experiences and goals are important when setting the therapy objectives. I am a present, warm, and active therapist who shares my insights and aims to help you break out of stuck patterns.
