Background
I am a specialist psychologist in addiction and substance use psychology, with 10 years of experience from both the specialist healthcare services and municipal health sector. I have worked therapeutically with a wide range of individuals and can assist you in managing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and addiction (e.g., alcohol, medication, or gambling addiction), as well as other life challenges and crises.

In the Therapy Room
With me, you will meet a welcoming, accepting, and non-judgmental psychologist. I tailor sessions to your needs and goals to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from therapy. I deeply respect the process you are in and aim to support you in a safe and caring environment.

Method
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I strive to adapt to your needs and preferences to find the method that can best support you. I have advanced training in emotion-focused therapy and motivational interviewing and frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness in my practice.
