Our free self-tests are validated measurement tools to get a status on their mental health. By using the self-tests for anxiety, stress and depression, you can get a quality-assured indication of what you should do next. The tests are only in Norwegian and is availiable by logging into our app.

Take the test

The self-tests consist of questionnaires, with 7-18 questions depending on which test you take. Based on the answers you give, you will receive a quality-assured indication of whether you need help.
