Health control is a good tool for preventing health problems and an attractive benefit for employees. Employees can easily order a health check in the Kry app when it suits them.

Research has shown that taking many samples "just to check" does not increase health benefits, but instead increases concern and increased consumption of health services.

Our health control focuses instead on identifying any risks of lifestyle diseases and providing guidance to reduce these risks.

The employees have a conversation with an experienced doctor, and receive personal advice and guidance. In addition, the doctor will be able to perform targeted examinations or initiate treatment if necessary.

__A health check includes:__
- Laboratory tests: Total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and
- Long-term blood sugar (can be taken non-fasting)
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Measurement of body mass composition (fat percentage, muscle mass) and BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Health interview and examination by a doctor with emphasis on lifestyle guidance
- Physical examination by a doctor
- Women over the age of 35 are offered an examination of the breasts
- Men under the age of 40 are offered an examination of the testicles
- Men over the age of 40 are offered a prostate examination
- Summary of test results and personal advice in writing

Covid 19-test

There are still many countries that require you to present a certificate of negative test results upon arrival.

Kry VIA offers both PCR and rapid testing. The two tests have different uses, and you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with which test you should take.

If you wish, you can also order a certificate for your test result from us (does not apply to free quick tests).

Ordering a certificate is done at the same time as you book an appointment by checking that you want a certificate. This costs NOK 195 extra and is paid when booking the class.

After the test, you will receive a certificate written in English in the Kry app. The certificate includes the name, date and time of when the test was taken, as well as the type of test taken. We can also include passport numbers if required by, for example, airlines. The certificate is signed by a doctor and is marked with ISO 15189.
